Some items need a little extra protection. Foam inserts cushion delicate surfaces and keep parts from rubbing against each other. Shock-absorbing features help protect sensitive equipment from vibrations and jolts during transit. For shipments that might get wet, a moisture barrier adds another layer of defense.
Design Choices That Matter
The way a crate goes together affects how well it works. Dado joints and band grooving create stronger connections at the corners, whereas clip corners add stability and make the crate easier to handle. We can also add lag bolts for extra holding power when you're dealing with very heavy loads.
Stenciling puts important information right on the crate. Handling instructions, destination addresses or contents descriptions. This saves time on the receiving end and reduces the risk of errors.
We heat treat all wood to meet ISPM 15 standards for internal shipments. This process eliminates pests and ensures the crate clears customs without issues. We stamp each crate with the required mark so inspectors can see it's been treated properly.
