Kate Matz, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Kate Matz is the Chief Revenue Officer at McVantage Packaging, where she focuses on driving growth, profitability, and fostering strong industry relationships. With over a dozen years of experience, she has led improvements in manufacturing processes, managed large contracts, and enhanced operational efficiency to maximize the company’s impact.
Kate develops strategic sales initiatives that align with market demands and team capabilities, leveraging her background in psychology to drive innovation and performance. She proudly serves on the Board of the National Wooden Pallet and Container Association and the Board of the Rotary Club of Florence.

Mark Grisham, Vice President of Sales
Mark Grisham started his pallet career in 1984 delivering pallets for American Timber Products in Memphis, TN. Six years later, he founded his own pallet company in Collierville, Tennessee: Diversified Pallets Inc.
It was at that time that Mark partnered with H&S Forest Products in Columbus, Ohio. He later sold his interest in Diversified Pallets and joined H&S Forest Products as a Regional Sales Manager, serving the Mid South for the next 24 years. In 2016, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales. In 2021 H&S Forest Products joined Kamps Pallets and Mark managed the pallet brokering division as Director of Sales. He joined McVantage Packaging in June 2026.
Mark likes fishing, spending time with family and watching The University of Memphis Tigers, The Memphis Grizzlies and The Tennessee Titans.

Benn Novitske, Business Development
Benn Novistke began his career with the JM Smucker Company, contributing to the development of the Ripon, WI plant’s Quality Management Systems, enhancing operations, quality, and safety.
As Business Development Manager at Nefab, Benn managed a 7M USD portfolio and fostered relationships with global key accounts. His expertise in wood, corrugated, foam, and other packaging materials supports McVantage’s growth.
Benn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Business Administration with an emphasis in Communications from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Outside of work, he enjoys world travel, fishing, boating, barbecuing, and spending time with family. He also enjoys supporting his niece and nephews in their athletics and looks forward to engaging with the local communities.
